Erin Smith, LMSW graduated from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville with her Masters of Science in Social Work (MSSW) and is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Georgia. She is excited to work with clients ages 7 years old through adults.
Erin enjoys working with clients in stressful situations to create sustainable changes in their lives. She has spent 10 years in ministry primarily working with children and their families. She believes that people are more than just a sum of their parts and that there can be beauty even in times of chaos.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and traveling. Erin is under supervision of Camille McDaniel, LPC and Dannielle Gardner, LCSW
My Approach:
I believe in meeting people where they are at and feel privileged to partner with clients to explore a path to healing and thriving together. Using unconditional positive regard and a warm approach, I believe that we can create sustainable changes.
I use DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing skills to create a Strength Based, Solution Focused approach.
